About Me
I’m a tender-hearted and deeply sensitive human being, working as a licensed psychological counsellor and mindfulness teacher. Excelling academically, I graduated summa cum laude from both my undergraduate and graduate psychology programmes, and thrived during a subsequent two-year healthcare professionals’ training in mindfulness-based interventions.
An early encounter with death sparked a lifelong inquiry into our deeper questions, leading me to explore various spiritual traditions and ways of understanding the world. For the past 15 years, I’ve practiced different forms of meditation—a much-needed balm for my often anxious and perfectionistic mind. I flourish in beautiful spaces and find deep peace in nature. Grief and gratitude are close companions, reminding me to honour the depth and breadth of this full, intense, and exquisite human experience.

I find purpose and fulfilment in being a healing presence, and cultivate a quiet courage to be with what is unresolved and unfinished. Grounded in a philosophy of integration, acceptance, and compassion, I strive to meet the messy, the marvellous, and the maleficent with humility, openness, and inner strength. I’m committed to my therapeutic work and cherish the opportunity to support others in having deeper, more meaningful conversations with themselves and their lives.

I live among trees and urban rumble in Newlands, Cape Town, with my beloved husband, our cherished daughter, and our two delightful pooches, Ella and Tallulah.
